The successful Mortgage Broker will benefit from strong introducer relationships, warm estate agency leads, and ongoing support from an ambitious and highly performing flagship branch team.
The Role
* Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice
* Conduct client consultations and fact‑finds
* Convert warm estate agency leads and referrals
* Manage mortgage applications through to completion
* Build strong relationships with clients and introducers
* Maintain FCA‑compliant advice standards
Salary & Benefits
* Up to £29,000 basic salary including car allowance
* OTE £100,000+ uncapped earnings
* Income guarantee up to £600 per month for 6 months

Requirements
* CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
* Proven Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker experience
