This role is based solely at our Radbroke site.

To succeed as a Client Support Specialist, you should have:

* Experience in Customer Service.
* Ability to collaborate with multiple teams.
* Strong communication skills.
* Computer literacy.

Additional valued skills include:

* Banking experience.
* Call center experience.
* Ability to manage multiple inquiries, tasks, and priorities.

You may be assessed on key skills such as risk management, controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, and digital technology, along with job-specific technical skills.

This position is based in Radbroke, Knutsford.


Purpose of the role

To deliver exceptional customer service while resolving complex customer requests.


Accountabilities

* Providing customer service via chat, email, and phone.
* Delivering personalized resolutions for complex customer needs.
* Collaborating across teams to align customer care processes.
* Identifying improvement areas and recommending changes.
* Developing and implementing customer care procedures and controls.
* Handling inquiries related to bank products and services.
* Creating reports on customer care performance and communicating findings to senior stakeholders.
* Monitoring industry trends to implement best practices.

* Possibly leading or supervising a team, guiding development, and coordinating resources.
