This position would suit a Property Manager seeking the opportunity to manage a prestigious residential property portfolio and work alongside a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of a high-end residential property portfolio
* Coordinating and managing all aspects of property maintenance
* Acting as primary point of contact for tenants, landlords, and contractors
* Planning, organising, and supervising refurbishment projects
* Administration of property insurance policies and documentation
* Preparing rental invoices and monitoring rent collections, including arrears management
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date property records and files
* Proficient in MS Office applications and property management software
Skills Required:
* 3–4 years of proven experience in residential property management
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* Strong IT proficiency with confidence in using property management and office software
