What You'll Be Doing
* Planning and executing trade shows, webinars, and live events—logistics, vendors, travel, and on-site magic
* Owning the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns and events across Europe
* Managing calendars, workflows, and budgets with military-grade precision
* Coordinating with top-tier agencies (PR, design, digital) to keep deliverables sharp and on-brand
* Collaborating with sales, product, and content teams to align strategy and execution
* Creating processes and templates that boost efficiency and eliminate last-minute chaos
* Tracking performance metrics and reporting insights to the Director of Marketing
