Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Maintenance Supervisor to work on broad range of sites including show homes, retirement homes, business parks, car dealerships and others. We are looking for a candidate who has the ability, skills and experience to carry out all of the various aspects of work needed to keep the sites looking at their best whilst communicating with customers, other members of the Robinson Arnold team and the company directors as and when required. Generally, the ideal candidate would be supervising one other member of staff though this can be more as and when required.

This approach means we have clients with whom we have been working with for many years and who continue to provide us with new and extensions of existing contracts.
Duties
* Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance operations.
* Manage and train other team members as and when required, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
* Utilise and take care of a wide range of landscape maintenance equipment and associated vehicles / trailers etc.
* Keep a close eye on the health of trees, shrubs and lawns etc and carry out the appropriate maintenance at the times of year etc as well as reporting any issues back to the company directors.
* Maintain records of work performed, materials used, and project progress for reporting purposes.
Experience
* Proven experience in landscape maintenance with a solid understanding of horticulture principles.
* Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using various hand tools and power tools relevant to landscape maintenance tasks.
* Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members, clients, and stakeholders. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about landscaping who wish to take on a supervisory role within a dynamic team environment.
