Office Manager (Belfast Office)
An opportunity exists for an experienced Office Manager in our Belfast Office.
Accountabilities
Office Management.
PA Services to Belfast Director.
Preparation of tenders and related documentation.
Office Health and Safety and Quality Systems.
HR admin and support.
Admin support to Engineers.
Experience and Qualifications
~3+ years experience in Office Management inc tender preparation.
~ A qualification in Business Administration/ Quality Systems or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general aptitude for I.T.
~ Experience of ISO 9000 or similar systems.
~ Good communication skills.
~ A 'can do', customer focused approach.
