💰 Rate: £45 – £55 per hour PAYE (Depending on experience)+ 33 days holiday pay

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives for the gaming vertical across EMEA.
This role is ideal for a strategic, creative marketer who understands the gaming ecosystem and can deliver impactful, data-driven campaigns to a highly sophisticated audience of performance marketers and digital-native businesses.
You will play a key role in shaping and executing multi-country marketing programs, working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing programs across multiple EMEA markets
* Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver high-impact campaigns, events, and content
* Lead content marketing initiatives (articles, newsletters, video/audio series)
* Design marketing strategies targeting gaming companies, publishers, and advertisers
* Manage projects end-to-end: from strategy to execution and optimization
* Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies
* Continuously test, measure, and optimize marketing performance
* Drive innovation and bring fresh ideas to marketing programs
Required Experience & Skills
* 8–10 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within gaming.
* Proven track record in performance operations
* Strong understanding of the gaming ecosystem in EMEA
* Proven track record of delivering measurable marketing impact
* Ability to ramp up quickly and work independently in a newly formed team
* Experience working across international teams

Travel Requirements
* Occasional travel (e.g., Cyprus, Tel Aviv for events)
