We are looking for a skilled, proactive clerical professional to join the Front Desk and Business Support team at a busy creative company in Mansfield. The ideal candidate will be friendly and helpful with excellent administration and organisation skills. Based on the front desk, you will be one of the first people visitors meet when onsite and you should therefore have experience of delivering excellent customer service via previous reception based (or similar) experience £25,000 - £35,000 (DOE) Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm each day. Duties and Responsibilities Welcoming and signing in visitors Booking and managing meeting rooms and client visits Catering and hospitality, including travel and hotel bookings Maintaining a professional, creative and clean reception area Scheduling regular exhibitions and displays for the atrium in reception Supporting with all staff briefings, training days and course bookings Supporting the leadership team with team meeting bookings, appraisal scheduling and companywide communication management Required Skills and Experience Extensive e xperience in a similar role combining front desk or reception responsibilities with a wide variety of administrative tasks IT proficent, and a confident user of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint Excellent communications skills, both verbally and in writing, with a positive and helpful approach Strong prioritisation and organisation skills; able to multi-task effectively.
