Job Description
As the Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for:
1. Processing high volumes of invoices
2. Allocating credit notes to the correct POs
3. Dealing with queries
4. Managing the inbox
5. Supplier statement reconciliations
6. Bank reconciliations
7. Preparing the weekly payment run
8. Other adhoc duties
The Successful Applicant
In order to be considered for the Accounts Assistant role, you must:
* Have previous experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate this
* Ideally be immediately available
* Be able to work as part of a team
* Have excellent communication skills
* Be able to multitask
* Be able to work with high volumes
