The Role As our Meetings & Events Supervisor, youll take the lead in delivering seamless, high-quality events from start to finish. Youll be the face of the venue for clients on the day, ensuring every detail runs smoothly and every guest leaves impressed. What Youll Be Doing Supervising and hosting a wide range of events meetings, conferences, weddings, trade shows, private parties and more Acting as the main on-duty host, building strong rapport with clients and exceeding expectations Leading, training and motivating event and catering teams Coordinating room setups, timings, catering, décor and AV requirements Ensuring all health, safety and hygiene standards are met Working closely with Operations, Kitchen, Sales and external suppliers Handling on-the-day challenges with confidence and professionalism Upholding the high presentation and service standards our brand is known for About You Youll thrive here if youre energetic, organised and passionate about delivering exceptional service.
