Fibrax Group is looking for a proactive and organised Stores Cell Leader to join our Logistics team. This is a key operational role where you’ll lead a small team responsible for all stores activity, from goods in, dispatch and stock control, to maintaining a consistent supply of materials to our production lines.

Purpose of the Role
To lead and manage the Stores function, ensuring all storekeeping, dispatch, inventory management and materials handling activities are carried out safely, accurately, and efficiently. You will support production through effective supply management and uphold high standards across quality, health & safety, stock integrity, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate and develop the Stores team, ensuring high performance and adherence to standards.
* Maintain a consistent supply to production lines across Unit 1, Unit 2 & Cryo departments.
* Uphold the dispatch plan and ensure compliance with Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental standards.
* Promote continuous improvement across stores processes.
* Manage receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring all recordings are accurate and timely.
* Create and manage ASN’s and maintain customer/delivery documentation.
* Use customer and haulier portals, including CHEP, Darwin, DHL, Delsol etc.
* Ensure full product identity and traceability.
* Manage stock levels, storage, rotation and periodic stock takes.
* Implement packaging solutions to meet customer MP&L standards.
* Maintain accurate stock records and support internal and customer audits.
* Maintain safe working practices and high housekeeping standards.
* Ensure warehouse security protocols are followed.
* Work collaboratively with production and management teams to identify and resolve issues quickly.
* Contribute to improvement projects to enhance efficiency, quality and safety.
About You
You’ll be an organised, dependable and confident team leader with a practical approach and strong communication skills. You’ll thrive in a busy environment where accuracy and structure matter, and you’ll bring a mindset focused on improvement, safety and teamwork.
You will also have:
* A current FLT licence (Reach & Counterbalance) – training can be provided for the right candidate.
* Experience in warehouse, stores, logistics or manufacturing operations.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Confidence working with systems/portals for goods movements and stock control.
* A positive attitude and commitment to high standards of safety and quality.
