Role Overview:
As a Solution Architect, you'll play a crucial role in defining and implementing solutions that meet the customers' needs of our client. You'll oversee all phases of engagement, from initial design to implementation and handover, ensuring continuous Governance and Assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
Roadmap & Strategy
* Collaborate with existing and new customers to develop a roadmap and strategy for the platform's continued development, aligned with their outcomes and requirements.
* Conduct regular roadmap sessions to maximize the platform's ROI based on requirements.
* Provide Governance & Assurance, maintaining oversight of the roadmap implementation to ensure coherent delivery and proper management of dependencies.
End-to-End Thinking
* Apply an "End-to-End" and holistic view, considering data, processes, wider platforms, and applications when defining solutions to meet customer outcomes.
* Adopt a "Right tool for the Right job" approach to solution design, ensuring the customer achieves their required outcomes without being confined to a single platform unless necessary.
Wider Team Collaboration
* Work with Pre-Sales, Sales, and GTM teams to develop solutions in line with new and prospective customer requirements and enhance our business offerings, such as "Service Operations" and "Health checks."
* Collaborate with Product & Workflow leads to ensure continuous improvements, development, and future innovations are considered in solution design.
Governance & Assurance
* Provide Governance and Assurance across various areas within the organization:
* Pre-Sales / Sales & GTM: Ensure proposed solutions and offerings are achievable and deliverable.
* Implementation & Delivery: Ensure adherence to requirements and designs, attend project kick-offs, and act as an escalation point when needed.
* Accounts / Platform Management: Oversee key accounts from a Solution Architecture perspective and act as an escalation point for account management.
Requirements & Outcome Translation & Solution Design
* Work with Pre-Sales or customers directly to extrapolate and collate requirements and outcomes, often deciphering the "real" requirements to ensure the subsequent solution design delivers the desired outcomes.
Stakeholder & Account Management
* Engage with various stakeholders, both internally and externally, across all business levels to articulate solutions and responses to requirements clearly, ensuring outcomes are met.
* Build relationships as a "trusted advisor" with key stakeholders, both internally and externally within the customer organization.
