Our client is a fast-growing creative marketing agency specialising in branding, digital marketing, content, social, paid media, design, data and more. With offices in Milton Keynes (and close links into London), their team delivers bold creative and data‑driven work that accelerates business growth for SMEs and larger brands across the UK and beyond. As they scale their creative ambitions, they’re looking for a Creative Director to shape and lead their creative vision. In this pivotal role, you will own the creative strategy for their client portfolio and internal brand, steering campaigns across channels including brand identity, social content, web design, video, digital ads, and 3D/graphic design. You’ll partner closely with the Strategy Director, Content and Paid teams, and senior management to generate work that is visually compelling, strategically grounded, and performance‑focused. You’ll mentor midweight and senior creatives, enabling them to grow, innovate, and deliver best‑in‑class work aligned with our standards of excellence. You’ll lead creative output that doesn’t just look good but converts — guiding customer journeys from curiosity to conversion through immersive visuals, clear user experience, and purposeful brand storytelling. Your direction will span everything from concept and storyboarding to final execution, ensuring design stays on brief, on brand, and on strategy You’ll help set visual tone across client projects and our own marketing presence (including our website, social channels, thought‑leadership assets, and portfolio). The ideal Creative Director will have: * A leader with a proven record in agency environments, ideally with experience delivering work across branding, digital content, advertising, and web. * Strong conceptual thinking balanced with practical design sensitivity, versed in creative processes from ideation to delivery. * Excellent communications skills—both visual (design critique, creative briefs) and verbal (client presentations, internal collaboration). * Experience using creative direction to deliver measurable results—creative that drives engagement, leads, and growth. * Track record of mentoring teams, fostering growth, and cultivating a collaborative environment where design excellence thrives. * Passion for our clients full‑funnel, data‑informed approach and commitment to creative storytelling that moves people and builds brands.
