Regional Sales Manager – Concrete & Landscape Products

Area to be covered: North West & Yorkshire.
Remuneration: £45,000‑£50,000 + £16,000 bonus (paid quarterly).

Responsibilities
* Field sales position selling a high‑end quality manufactured range of precast concrete / landscaping products such as retaining walls, paving, facing brick, beams, blocks, flags, acoustic blocks and architectural masonry.
* Sell to national & independent civil merchants / builders merchants such as Keyline, Jewson & Burden, as well as stimulating demand and selling directly to housebuilders, contractors, landscapers and groundworkers.
* Work in a buddy system with a Specification sales Manager.
Ideal Applicant
* Prior experience as Area Sales Manager – Concrete & Landscape Products or similar.
* Open to selling a range of building products / materials.
* Prior sales experience with civil merchants / builders merchants or housebuilders, contractors, landscapers and groundworkers.
* Experience within civils / builder merchants considered.
* Heavyside experience preferred, but open to other backgrounds.
* IT literate.
