The role:
* Lead process engineering for a demonstration hydrometallurgical plant (black mass → refined metal salts).
* Deliver PFDs, P&IDs, mass/energy balances, equipment specs, and operating procedures.
* Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and ensure safe, compliant design.
* Support commissioning, optimisation, and day-to-day operation.
You:
* Background in hydrometallurgy, minerals, or related processing.
* Strong scale‑up, governance, and problem‑solving skills.
