We’re looking for a Reward and Recognition Administrator on a part-time basis to support the delivery of our benefits, recognition schemes, and wellbeing strategy – helping make Travelodge an even better place to work.

This is a 6 month fixed term contract working 28 hours a week.


Responsibilities

As our Reward and Recognition Administrator, you’ll help shape an outstanding colleague experience by managing benefits, recognition schemes, and wellbeing initiatives like our “Better Me” strategy. You’ll coordinate multiple projects end to end, from Housekeeping Heroes to our annual company survey, ensuring everything runs smoothly and delivers real impact. Alongside this, you’ll handle scheme administration, liaise with suppliers, and keep our benefits microsite simple and accessible. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine organisation, creativity, and problem-solving to make a difference for our people every day.

We’re looking for someone who’s super organised, loves problem-solving, and can handle lots of moving parts with ease. If you’ve got an eye for detail, great communication skills, and enjoy working with data in tools like Excel or Google Sheets, you’ll fit right in. Most importantly, you’ll be passionate about creating a great experience for our people every day.

* £28,500 FTE (£21,283 pro-rata)
