Very pleased to be working with a growing MSP in the North East thats looking for a Cyber Security Consultant to join them on a permanent basis following successful onboarding of clients. You will be responsible for:

* Provide expert advice and solutions to clients to protect against cyber threats.
* Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability checks, and security reviews using frameworks like ISO27001, NIST, CIS, and Cyber Essentials.
* Recommend and help implement measures such as MDR, penetration testing, and data loss prevention.
* Act as a trusted advisor, presenting findings and guidance to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-level.
* Support clients with incident response, governance, and security awareness training.
* Work closely with Cyber, Sales, and Leadership teams on projects, tenders, and presales.
* Stay up to date with cybersecurity trends and threats; contribute to improving services.
Skills/Experience Needed:
* Relevant certifications (CISSP, CEH, CISM).
* Strong knowledge of cybersecurity tools, threats, and frameworks.
* Proven consulting and client-facing experience.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
The salary on this one hasnt been clearly specified as of yet. Id be intrigued to find out your expectations to then present to the client. It will be roughly between £50,000-£75,000 DOE.
