Ridgeway & Co are working with a Tier 1 Main Contractor in their search for an experienced Estimator to join their pre-construction team in London. This permanent role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale, high-value projects while developing your career within a leading contractor. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare accurate cost estimates for large-scale construction projects * Analyse drawings, specifications, and other tender documentation to produce competitive bids * Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotations and assess value * Work closely with pre-construction and commercial teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in submissions * Contribute to risk analysis and value engineering opportunities * Present estimates and reports to senior management Requirements: * Proven experience as an Estimator with a Tier 1 main contractor * Strong knowledge of cost planning and tendering processes * Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents * Excellent commercial and numerical skills with strong attention to detail * Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office * Relevant degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying, Estimating, or Construction Management
