Great opportunity to work as a Revenue and Support Specialist for our client, an industry-leading, customer-focused, long-distance train operator that customers trust to meet their needs. Staffline is recruiting Revenue and Support Specialists in Edinburgh. The rate of pay is £37,444 per annum. Applicants will be expected to work all days and times CrossCountry runs a service. This includes weekends and bank holidays. This is a 9-month fixed contract, on day shifts, the start times varies from week to week, so you will need to be flexible. Your Time at Work As a Revenue and Support Specialist you will be responsible for: - Ticket inspection, completion of travel irregularity reports, customer service and conflict management. - Protect revenue and reduce fare evasion - Ensure compliance with ticketing terms and railway byelaws - Provide a visible presence to deter non-payment of fares - Support operational resilience during disruption and special events - undertake day-to-day line management including rostering, AL etc. Our Perfect Worker Our perfect worker will be physically fit, as the role is very active and demanding.
