The Role
You'll own the full customer conversation. Mornings are all about inbound calls: helping regulars place orders, recommending new products, and solving problems fast. Afternoons are for growth — calling potential venues, booking meetings, and finding fresh opportunities for our field sales team.
You'll:
* Handle inbound calls and support existing trade customers
* Build long-term relationships and upsell on new brands
* Reach out to new venues to arrange appointments
* Earn bonuses for every qualified lead and meeting
* Keep accurate CRM notes to help the wider team
Who You Are:

Our company is scaling rapidly, with last year's sales soaring by 60% and a clear path for continued growth. We're on the lookout for an ambitious Telesales Executive who is self-driven, ideally with prior experience enjoying the buzz of a telsales role.
What You'll Do:
* Drive Growth: Play a hands-on role in generating new opportunities by calling leads to arrange appointments for our sales team, and being compensated to do so, with each meeting arranged for our sales team earning a £10 commission.
* Capture Leads: Call cold venues to introduce them to our service, securing relevant contact details to add them to our marketing funnel - rewarded at a £1 for every contact secured.
* Handle incoming calls and build relationships with our customer base.
* Retain Customers: Build relationships with a regular customer base and upsell on rotational brands.
* Own Your Impact: Contribute to our growth with a clear connection between your work and its impact.
* Organise and Optimise: Input CRM notes and ensure the sales team has all the information they need to succeed.
Who You Are:
* A self-starter with the ambition to grow and drive business, being compensated for doing so.
* Confident and professional on the phone, with the ability to engage with customers and suppliers
* Must be computer literate
* Industry experience working with Breweries or Wholesalers is prefered but not essential, especially within sales.
