Cleaning Manager
Are you an experienced Cleaning Manager ready to lead a dedicated team in a high-profile setting? My client is looking for a motivated, professional, and results-driven individual to oversee cleaning operations across a large, distinguished site in Oxford.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage cleaning teams to ensure high standards across all areas.
2. Deliver services in line with SLAs, KPIs, and health & safety regulations.
3. Conduct audits, manage rotas, and oversee stock and equipment.
4. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and respond to operational needs.
Key Requirements:
5. Proven experience managing cleaning services in a large or complex environment.
6. Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach.
7. Solid knowledge of health & safety, COSHH, and industry standards.
8. IT literate and comfortable using scheduling or FM systems.
