The Role This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Conveyancer who can confidently manage a caseload from instruction through to completion. Whether youre qualified or non-qualified but experienced in running conveyancing files, youll find the firms structure supportive, modern, and geared toward helping you succeed. Your caseload will cover the full spectrum of residential property work sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new builds, and buy-to-let matters. Key Responsibilities Handle your own caseload from start to finish, ensuring excellent client care throughout. Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other professionals to progress matters efficiently. Draft and review contracts and documentation while maintaining compliance with current regulations. Work collaboratively within a friendly office team, supporting and learning from colleagues. Maintain high professional standards and contribute to the firms continued success. About You Qualified Conveyancer, Solicitor or Legal Executive or an experienced non-qualified conveyancer able to manage your own files. Solid experience in residential property work (sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new builds, etc.). Confident communicator with strong client-care and organisational skills.
