About the role
This is a fixed-term position for 12 months. We offer hybrid working and flexible arrangements, which can be discussed.
The L&D team is implementing Workday LMS as part of a global HRIS rollout. You will support the EMEA L&D Manager in activities related to system setup and processes. This role offers international experience, liaising with colleagues across Europe, the US, and Asia-Pacific.
Your responsibilities
* Gather and analyze system data and requests, manage duplication and archiving of data and courses, and create a training register.
* Collaborate with stakeholders globally to evaluate development needs and update system descriptions.
* Define LMS user roles, permissions, create custom paths, and manage maintenance activities.
* Publish and maintain learning items in the catalogue, including versioning and archiving.
* Train local HR and system administrators; serve as the main contact for technical issues.
* Map milestones and activities to ensure project timelines are met.
Your qualifications and skills
* Experience with Workday LMS, preferably in a technical implementation role (other LMS systems considered).
* Education or certification in Digital/IT, Analytics, HR, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
* Strong analytical skills, especially with large data volumes.
* Knowledge of learning styles and methods.
* Experience with e-Learning software is a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; BI and analytical tools are advantageous.
