Warehouse Team Leader
Hours of work: Mon-Fri 14.00-22.00, 37.5 hours after breaks
Location: Haydock, WA11
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent. No weekends or bank holidays
Salary: £28,645.50 per annum
Start Date: ASAP

We are recruiting on behalf of a successful, fast-moving distribution business looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join their operation on a temp-to-perm basis.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to run a shift, lead people, and hit targets in a busy warehouse environment.
What youll be doing
* Lead and motivate a warehouse team to deliver daily operational targets
* Be the main point of contact on shift for operatives and management
* Completeactivities such as site walk-rounds and audits as required
* Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with KPIs, SLAs and SOPs
* Manage performance, engagement and day-to-day people issues
* Support stock control, PI counts and quality checks
* Report shift performance, issues and incidents to senior management throughregular face to face and team meetings
* Attend clientcalls and reviews
