We have an exciting new opportunity working as a Customer Service Coordinator, joining a forward-thinking and well-established business based in Birmingham City Centre and offering hybrid-working. In this Customer Service Coordinator role, you will be working as part of a busy team to support customers across the UK and Ireland with the management and coordination of product sample requests. Acting as one of the first points of contact for customers, you will ensure requests are processed accurately and efficiently from enquiry through to dispatch, liaising with internal teams and colleagues to ensure a smooth and seamless service is delivered at every stage. You will monitor stock availability, provide customers with accurate delivery updates and manage shipment tracking, ensuring expectations are always managed professionally and proactively. This Customer Service Coordinator role will see you playing a key part in the overall customer experience, building strong relationships with both customers and internal Account Managers to ensure requests are managed effectively. Maintaining accurate records within internal systems, you will log and track customer requests, provide updates where required and ensure all relevant information is captured correctly. Taking ownership of enquiries from start to finish, you will also act as a voice of the customer within the business, identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance service delivery wherever possible. Working within a fast-paced and collaborative environment, to succeed in this Customer Service Coordinator role you will need to be a proactive team player with excellent organisational and communication skills. Ideally with previous experience within a customer service, administration or order processing role, you will be comfortable managing multiple tasks at once and maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Experience working with CRM or ERP systems and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office will be beneficial.
