We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our vibrant team at Unique Fitness.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with lifeguarding swimming sessions.
* Carry out gym inductions, programmes and offer help and advice if required.
* Welcome and develop connections with all guests, providing support, assistance and specialist knowledge where required.
Qualifications and Skills
* National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (to be achieved within 2 months of probation; training will be funded).
* Gym Instructor Qualification (to be achieved within 2 months of probation; training will be funded).
* Enthusiastic and committed.
* Good customer service and communication skills.
* Competent swimmer – must meet the following criteria:
* Jump/dive into deep water.
* Swim 50 metres in less than 60 seconds.
* Swim 100 metres continuously on front and back in deep water.
* Tread water for 30 seconds.
* Surface dive to the floor of the pool.
* Climb out unaided without ladder/steps where the pool design permits.
