Altrincham | Hybrid (2-3 days office)
£36,000 - £40,000 + up to 10% bonus
Join a well-structured SJP practice, supporting an established Partner Practice with a strong adviser team and a clear workflow, providing technical paraplanning support across pensions, investments, protection, and estate planning.
This is a role that values accuracy, autonomy, and quality - not just volume processing.
The Role
You'll sit at the centre of the advice process, supporting advisers in delivering high-quality, compliant financial planning outcomes for clients.
Your work will include:
Producing clear, compliant suitability reports and letters
Reviewing new business cases and understanding recommendations in detail before drafting
Running illustrations, critical yield comparisons, and supporting analysis
Working across a broad range of products including investments, pensions, protection, VCTs, and IHT planning
Maintaining accurate client records within Salesforce
Liaising with advisers and third parties to ensure cases progress smoothly
Supporting annual reviews where combined with new business activity
Ensuring all work meets internal and regulatory standards
What You'll Need
Minimum 1 year paraplanning experience
Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or working towards)
Strong understanding of financial planning products and regulations
Comfortable working with systems such as Voyant / analytics tools / research platforms
High attention to detail and strong numeracy skills
Confident communicator with advisers and external providers
Able to manage workload independently in a hybrid working environment
