* To supportthe daily operations, being hands on during service.
* To resolve any guest complaints calmly and promptly.
* Ensure all team members are delivering a great guest experience, whilst upselling where possible.
* To retain excellent product knowledge of both food and beverage offerings
* To seek opportunities to innovate and improve throughout.
* Support and lead the team with kindness and respect, fostering a culture of respect and inclusivity, ensuring every person is valued, whilst encouraging their development.
* Maintain accurate records of Health and Safety, Food Safety and orders.
* To uphold the highest standards of cleanliness.
* To attend all training and development course as requested.
* To always represent WSH and John Lewis in a professional manner in your behaviour appearance and knowledge.
* To carry out any other reasonable duties as required by management.
