In this role, you will lead rapid innovation processes to solve complex product challenges and validate ideas quickly with real users. You will design and implement motivational interaction strategies through gamification, create high-fidelity interactive prototypes, and drive end-to-end experience and interface design. You will guide user research, data analysis, and design system development to ensure consistency, accessibility, and visual excellence across digital products.
Important information: This Project will be for month contract.
What to Expect in This Role (Responsibilities):
Leadership in Rapid Innovation: Act as the facilitator and leader of the Design Sprint methodology to solve complex product challenges and quickly validate concepts with real users.
Motivational Interaction Expertise: Design and implement gamification strategies to drive user motivation, retention, and desired behaviors.
Prototyping and Validation: Create high-fidelity interactive prototypes to simulate the complete experience and conduct rigorous usability testing.
Experience Design (UX): Lead user research, data analysis, creation of user personas, and customer journey mapping to support design decisions.
Interface Design (UI): Develop and maintain a scalable design system ensuring consistency, accessibility, and visual excellence.
Requirements:
Solid Experience: Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or in similar roles.
Design Sprint (Mandatory): Demonstrated experience and ability to lead and facilitate the Design Sprint methodology end-to-end.
Gamification (Mandatory): Portfolio showcasing the successful application of gamification principles and mechanics in digital products.
Interactive Prototyping (Mandatory): Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) to create high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
Design Tools: Mastery of industry-standard software (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
Methodology: Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Nice to Have:
Previous experience in the EdTech sector.
Experience designing Financial Education products or solutions related to personal finance.
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
Experience developing design systems.
