We are currently partnering with a leading insurance business that is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the organisation and lead the transformation of their shared Claims System.
This will be an initial 12-month contract, offering £900-£1000 p/d (Inside IR35)
Key Responsibilities
* Own end-to-end programme delivery, including timeline, budget, and governance
* Drive strong stakeholder management across both organisations
* Operate in a hands-on capacity, balancing strategic oversight with execution
* Lead delivery using Agile methodologies
* Support and potentially contribute to target operating model design
Key Requirements
* Proven experience delivering complex programmes end-to-end
* Strong stakeholder engagement across multiple business units or organisations
* Demonstrated hands-on delivery approach (not purely strategic)
* Solid experience working in Agile environments
* Experience in insurance or claims is desirable, but not essential
