The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have experience supporting young people (school-based or transferable) Be confident working with KS3-KS4 pupils
Be patient, adaptable, and positive
Be able to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff
Hold (or be willing to apply for) an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS
Your Role May Include:
Providing one-to-one or small-group support
Assisting pupils with additional needs
Helping maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment
Supporting teachers with lessons, behaviour, and resources
Contributing to pupils academic and personal development
