Role Overview
As a Lifeguard, you will be a vital part of our centre, ensuring the safety of all pool users and providing excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include supervising activities, maintaining cleanliness, handling pool equipment safely, and being prepared to respond in emergencies.

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide excellent customer care to individuals of all ages and backgrounds.
2. Supervise pool activities and ensure safety standards are maintained.
3. Maintain cleanliness and safety in the pool area.
4. Handle and set up pool equipment safely.
5. Respond appropriately in emergency situations, including life-saving when necessary.
Candidate Requirements
* Strong customer service skills and experience in a customer-facing role.
* Safety-conscious, vigilant, and able to work under pressure.
* Strong swimming skills.
* Hold a valid National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (Royal Life Saving Society) or equivalent.
* Must pass a DBS check.
