In this role, you will be a key part of the team, advising customers, handling queries, and managing administrative tasks.
We are looking for someone with excellent people skills, strong IT experience (including Word, Excel, and Outlook), and a positive, helpful attitude. Experience in customer service is essential.
As a Receptionist at our Care Home, you will interact with relatives, residents, and visitors. Strong administrative skills are required, but equally important is your focus on delivering exceptional customer service. We seek a caring, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual interested in working in a growing and progressive organization.
