Responsibilities
* Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
* Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, leasehold and freehold transactions.
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and third parties to ensure smooth progression of transactions.
* Provide clients with regular updates and maintain excellent levels of client care throughout the process.
* Prepare and review contracts, legal documents and completion statements.
* Undertake AML checks, compliance procedures and risk assessments in line with firm policies.
* Maintain accurate file records and ensure all matters are progressed efficiently within deadlines.
