Job Description Summary
The Senior Facilities Manager will be responsible for managing the maintenance(facilities) team on the Bishops Cleeve site. The site itself is 55 acres and has multiple manufacturing and office facilities. This will be a senior role in a complex environment responsible for delivering multiple service lines to a dynamic environment, combining corporate offices, R&D analytical labs and multiple manufacturing capabilities all within the same campus footprint. The role will be responsible for multi million CAPEX and OPEX plans for a large site in UK.
Job Description
1. Lead the maintenance and infrastructure team in a dynamic, demanding business environment that combines Corporate Offices with R&D labs and manufacturing/repair facilities within the same campus footprint.
2. Manage critical breakdowns on production equipment’s and work closely with operations in ensuring production equipment’s are maintained and ensure strategies in place for lifecycle planning & CAPEX preparation.
3. Day to day implementation and management of soft services to include cleaning, waste management, catering, vending and hospitality services along with landscaping, car parking and related weather monitoring services.
