This is an incredibly varied and rewarding role where you will lead by example, ensuring our service maintains the highest cleanliness, hygiene, and catering standards. Ensuring all cleaning and infection control protocols are followed to maintain a safe and welcoming home environment. Managing stock levels, placing orders, and conducting monthly stock checks. Creating rotas and carrying out staff supervisions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Upholding the highest Health & Safety, COSHH, and hygiene standards. Our ideal candidate will have: Experience in housekeeping within a health and social care setting. A strong understanding of managing a team, supervision, and rota planning. Knowledge of stock ordering, control, and compliance. A passion for creating a homely environment that promotes dignity and well-being.
