The strategically important Site Supervisor role comes with a salary of £40,000-£45,000, plus a company vehicle or car allowance, bonus, pension and additional benefits.

Responsibilities and duties of the Site Supervisor role
Reporting to the Construction Project Manager you will:
1. Provide a consistent on-site presence across multiple solar projects
2. Supervise contractors and subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely and to programme
3. Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations, health & safety standards and site procedures
4. Complete and manage site paperwork, RAMS, permits and daily reports
5. Act as the main point of contact on site, liaising with project managers and internal teams
