About the Role
We’re looking for a qualified Level 3 practitioner who:
* Has a positive attitude to life and brings warmth and enthusiasm to the team every day.
* Genuinely loves working with children and finds joy in seeing them grow and develop.
* Understands the importance of strong parent partnerships – we know we can’t do this job without them!
* Works well as part of a busy, equal, and supportive team – everyone here is valued equally.
You’ll be supported by Priscilla, our passionate owner and manager, who operates an open‑door policy and takes a hands‑on approach to mentoring and developing her team.

Benefits
Hours & Working Pattern
* Full‑time: typically 8:00am – 6:00pm, 4 days a week
* No early starts before 9am or finishes after 6pm
* Fixed working days – no rotating shift
