Our client is currently searching for a Change and Communications Lead to join their team in London. They are looking for someone to build and implement communication and change implementation plans across a number of high priority business change programmes. A highly visible role with senior leaders, connecting across our clients R&D and Medical organisations and strategic initiatives to deliver elevated value for evidence and external data within our client.
Responsibilities:
* Change management and communications Lead to support the business and change management required to operationalise (implement and embed) key programmes of work
* Strategic change and communication planning and execution
* Operational integration and development of enterprise and R&D level capability, process, and tools to aid embedding.
* Provide business insights and analysis to support recommendations to enhance project and change success and delivery.
* Design, implement and track metrics against agreed business change criteria.

1. Proven broad business leadership and soft skills required to enable the implementation and BAU transition of IES globally and influencing adoption within RU/TA areas.
