What You'll Be Doing
As a Design and Technology Teacher - January 2026, you will:
* Teach DT across Key Stages 3 and 4 (specialisms welcomed in areas such as Product Design, Textiles, Engineering or Food Technology)
* Plan and deliver engaging, practical lessons that spark creativity and build real-world skills
* Support a broad and inclusive curriculum that values innovation and problem-solving
* Assess progress effectively and provide feedback to help students develop confidence and capability
* Contribute to extra-curricular opportunities and wider school initiatives within the department
About You
We're looking for a teacher who:
* Has Qualified Teacher Status and a strong DT subject knowledge
* Is enthusiastic about hands-on learning and fostering student creativity
* Has excellent organisational skills and a proactive, flexible attitude
* Works well as part of a team and shares a commitment to inclusive education
