We are building a digital marketplace and logistics engine that enables contractors to sell surplus materials, automate Waste Transfer Notes (WTN), and hit ESG targets. With SEIS Advance Assurance in progress and strong interest from major local contractors, we are ready to build our digital presence. The Role: We are looking for a talented Web Developer to build our high-converting Landing Page (MVP front-end). This is a unique opportunity to join at the ground floor. For the right person, this could evolve into a Co-founder/CTO role with equity (10% set aside in our Cap Table). What we need now: • Build a professional, responsive Landing Page (preferably using Webflow or Framer for speed and design quality). • Integration with a mailing list (Mailchimp/ConvertKit) for our pilot program waitlist. • A clean, modern UI that reflects both the construction industry and high-tech innovation. Who you are: • A developer who understands that "done is better than perfect" for a launch. • Based in or near Stevenage/Hertfordshire (preferred, as we value local collaboration). • Interested in Sustainability, PropTech, or Circular Economy.
