WHAT
ARE WE LOOKING FOR … You will be a dynamic, confident
and ambitious chef who is standards driven, strives for perfection and has the drive and ambition
to succeed in this exciting position. To successfully fill this role, you will have
experience working in a similar environment, excellent communication skills
and the ability to work under pressure.
WHAT
YOU’LL DO … Working together with your
kitchen and front of house team, you will be able to display your culinary
skills whilst being guided by the expertise of our Senior Chef. You will be
producing high quality dishes to deliver an excellent experience for our
valued guests.

with the Port of Milford Haven. In September 2019, The Celtic Collection launched the new
International Convention Centre Wales (ICC Wales) in a joint venture
partnership with Welsh Government.
