We are seeking a confident individual to manage customer relationships over the phone, accurately process orders, and support community engagement initiatives. This role is a vital part of our customer service and marketing teams—ideal for someone organized, people-focused, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
* Handling incoming and outgoing calls professionally and courteously
* Accurately entering sales and customer data
* Managing customer complaints and feedback appropriately
* Building and maintaining relationships with community groups and supporting fundraising activities
* Responding to fundraising inquiries and coordinating approved orders
* Monitoring website traffic and forwarding inquiries or complaints as needed
* Responding promptly and professionally to social media messages and comments
Qualifications of the ideal candidate:
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A friendly and approachable demeanor
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* A customer-first attitude and proactive problem-solving skills
