Position: Office Administrator Location: Long Crendon, Buckinghamshire Contract Type: Full time, Permanent Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, with 1 hour for lunch Please note: Due to the clients location, you must be able to drive and have your own transport. About the Role: You will be the vital link between customers and the operations team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring their customers receive exceptional service at every touchpoint. Your role will involve: Customer Liaison: Handle sales queries over the phone and provide timely responses to emails. Order Processing: Manage sales and group order processing efficiently. Database Management: Update internal systems with notes and adjustments. On-Site Assistance: Support customers during their visits, ensuring they have a positive experience. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with various departments to enhance service delivery.
