We're seeking an Accounts Assistant to join a busy finance team, supporting both Accounts Receivable and Payable functions. This hybrid role offers variety, responsibility, and career growth within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and reconcile invoices, payments, and dealer self-billing transactions
- Manage debt recovery, reconciliations, and month-end reporting
- Support compliance, audits, and process improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve queries
About You:
- Experience in AR, AP, or Credit Control
- Strong Excel and ERP/finance system skills
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- AAT studier or similar background advantageous
