As a Customer Service Assistant, your main focus is to ensure customers have a positive experience through friendly service, product availability, and high hygiene standards.
Responsibilities
* Providing excellent customer service
* Preparing and serving food and beverages, including raw and cooked meat, alcohol, and allergen-containing foods
* Stock merchandising and store cleaning
* Standing for long periods, with some lifting and carrying
* Supporting store opening and closing as a key-holder
* Ensuring store standards, safety, and compliance with legal requirements
Qualifications and Skills
Enthusiasm, passion for customer service, and excellent communication skills are essential. Experience in retail or sales is advantageous, as is knowledge of food safety practices. Training will be provided to help you succeed.
Additional Information
Applicants must be 18 or over to comply with alcohol licensing legislation. We offer a comprehensive induction and training program to support your development.
