We are seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic HR initiatives that drive organisational goals, enhance employee experience, and ensurepliance with HR policies and best practices. This role involves managing multiple projects across areas such as talent, reward, employee engagement, HR systems implementation, and change management.Contract length – 6 months to 1 yearLocation – Waterside (UB7 0GB)Hybrid – 3 days per week onsitePay – flexible daily rate (inside IR35)Key Responsibilities
1. Plan, execute, and deliver HR projects within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
2. Develop project plans, milestones, and risk assessments.
3. Monitor progress and report on project status to stakeholders.
4. Collaborate with HR teams, business leaders, and external vendors.
5. Ensure projects align with HR strategy and organisational objectives.
6. Analyse HR data to inform decisions and prepare reports for senior leadership.
7. Supportmunication and training plans for HR initiatives and drive adoption of new processes.

8. HRIS implementation or upgrade
9. Talent development programs
10. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives
11. Employee engagement and wellbeing projects
12. Policy and process redesign
What We’re Looking For
13. Proven experience in HR project management within large,plex organisations.
14. Strong understanding of HR processes (org design, performance, talent, change).
15. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
16. Proficiency in project and data tools (, Smartsheet, Power BI, Workday reporting, Excel).
17. Strong planning,ernance, and organisational skills.
Desirable:
18. Experience in international environments or shared services models.
19. Exposure to technology, AI, or digital transformation projects.
20. Project management qualification (Prince2, PMP, Agile) and/or HR certification (CIPD).
