About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to teach BTEC Applied Science at a well-respected institution committed to academic excellence and vocational success. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons in BTEC Applied Science at Level 2 and/or Level 3.
* Plan, prepare, and assess student work in line with course requirements.
* Support students in achieving their academic and career goals.
* Contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives.
Essential Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Proven experience teaching BTEC Science courses.
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for applied science.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Commitment to inclusive and student-centred learning.
Desirable
* Experience with curriculum development or assessment for BTEC qualifications.
* Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for teaching and learning.
