As the Lead Theatre Practitioner, you will work as a member of the multi-disciplinary theatre team providing a high standard of nursing care and safety for patients within the theatre unit. In addition to this, you will also actively contribute to the maintenance of an environment that is conducive to the delivery and promotion of a high standard of patient care. The post holder will adhere to professional and national standards and work in a patient-focused way. Delivering a service that is safe, effective and efficient. This role is offered on a six-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to transition to a permanent position.

* Cannulation
Experience
* Experience working with a theatre department and able to act as the scrub nurse for; Orthopaedics, general surgery, gynaecology and cosmetics.
* Previous experience of working with the private sector.
* Completed or working towards SFA course.
