We are seeking experienced equity release advisers to join our team. Candidates must have the relevant Equity Release qualifications, and previous advice experience is preferred, along with a proven track record. Our client is a customer-focused, socially responsible, and eco-conscious financial services and lead generation company that prioritizes excellent care for its customers and staff. They provide expert advice on a range of equity release and later life mortgage products from the entire market and are directly FCA authorized.
Their enquiries are generated through their own websites, digital and social marketing channels, and numerous partnerships targeting customers approaching or in retirement.

Role Responsibilities
* Providing mortgage or equity release advice tailored to individual objectives and circumstances
* Delivering comprehensive recommendations with Key Facts Illustrations (KFI) and Suitability Reports
* Promoting the company as a leading national advisory firm
* Communicating with Compliance and T&C departments
* Maintaining accurate records using the company's CRM system
* Adhering to principles of treating customers fairly and Consumer Duty
* Attending CPD training and staying informed through relevant materials
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum of 6 months financial services advice experience
* Evidence of sales success and compliant practice with CAS status
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Mandatory Qualifications
* CeMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice)
* CF7 or ER1 (Certificate in Equity Release) or CeRER (Regulated Equity Release)
Remuneration and Benefits
* Uncapped earning potential based on effort
* Current advisers earning £50,000 - £90,000+
